Plier allowing the orthodontist to make light wire arch adjustments for inter-oral use without removing the arch wire from the mouth. Narrowness of beaks permits the engagement of the instrument on the arch wire in the inner bracket distance and between the teeth and the arch wire.

Tips are at 90° angles from the plier handle to permit access to the arch wire in making adjustments in the labial lingual direction.

Ideally useful in the lingual area.
