Bracket Placement Tweezers with self-locking action (spring-loaded reverse action) hold the brackets automatically. After gripping the bracket the primer and the paste can easily be applied on the basis without any auxiliaries. Special types of tweezers are available for the anterior and posterior region.
Contouring Pliers simplify the adaptation of the bands. Schure Instruments (Scalers /Band Pushers) are used for pressing on the band edges and to remove excess adhesive or cement material. The Separating Plier is needed for expanding and positioning elastomeric separators before banding.
