Special pliers for universal use (see description)
These newly developed special pliers combine the advantages of various orthodontic pliers (e.g. Weingart, Tweed , How and Torque pliers).
Compared to the How/Weingart pliers, the filigree working end enables the more orderly and safe ligation of sheets due to the increased leverage effect.
The two steps allow bends of the 1st and 2nd order in two different forms in accordance with the use of narrow and wide Tweed pliers.
If a second pair of pliers of the same type is used, bends of the 3rd order are possible. Furthermore, these pliers are suitable in the same way
as the Weingart pliers for the activation of removable appliances.
By reducing the number of individual pliers and the associated fewer instrument changeovers, more efficient working is achieved.
