If the repair of the pliers is not recommended for technical or financial reasons, we will contact you. New pliers of various well-known manufacturers can be delivered directly from our stock. The newly selected pliers and instruments are enclosed to the return shipment.

Please note

All instruments must be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized prior to each application. This is especially required for the first use after delivery as all instruments are delivered unsterile (cleaning and disinfection after removal of the protective packaging). Effective cleaning and disinfection is an essential precondition for effective sterilization.

1. Registration of the receipt and photo documentation
2. Optical repair assessmentof each instrument and confirmation via e-mail
3. Cleaning of all movable parts and elements using ultrasound technology
4. Surface treatment (brushing, sandblasting, polishing)
5. Grinding, sharpening, and setting the cutting edges
6. Assembly of the individual components
7. Adjustment of the moving parts
8. Oiling of the joints (instrument maintenance oil)
9. Functional check e.g. cutting test
10. Comprehensive assessment and final check
11. Date of repair noted in handle (laser marking) and individual packaging
12. Pliers are safely packaged for dispatch (invoice enclosed)
13. Shipment is handed over to UPS - possibility of tracking by the doctor
